Can you help with the graphic design?My Promo Shop has a team of professional graphic designers and we can turn your sketch into beautiful artwork. Best of all, our graphic service charged at a flat rate and sometimes, even free for the regular clients.

What's your lead time?All our products are stocked in Australia. Embroidered or printed in Melbourne. The standard lead time is 7 to 10 working days for garments with logos, and 3 - 4 working days for any printed products. But we do offer rush service. Feel free to call us to find more.

Can you help me with poster, ticket and flag printing ?My Promo Shop offers excellent large poster printing, custom raffle ticket printing, and custom banner flags with fashionable flat rates and sometimes even free for regular customers.

What format are you accepting for printing?Please note, My Promo Shop only accepts PDF artwork generated with following specifications: - All photos and images need to be 300dpi (300 dots per inch). - Avoid using JPEG compression. Use ZIP or no compression for best results. - All colours must be in CMYK (no PMS, RGB, LAB etc.) The only exception to this rule is if you are ordering a Spot UV, Spot Silver, Spot White, Spot Pink or Spot Orange job. In that case, you will need to make sure you create a spot colour according to the instructions linked below: - For Spot Colours - For Spot UV - Please ensure that you do not save your PDF with ICC profiles embedded. - All fonts MUST be converted to outlines (embedded). - Please include crop marks if your art board is larger than the finished size with bleed. - The bleed requirements depend on the product, so please consult our provided templates. Please contact us for the template. If we are printing based on your provided artwork, I would assumed that you or your designer has fully understand our printing requirement, we cannot be held responsible for production issues resulting from incorrectly supplied files. Is there an minimum order quantity?All of our garments have no minium order qty (MOQ), you can order as little as one piece with your logo on it. But generally, it is cost less when quantity goes up. Our prints has very low MOQ, for example, business cards start at 25 copies, and posters start at 1 copy.

Can I bring my own garment to have logo embroidered or printed on?Yes, You can. We need to see the actual garment to confirm which if it is possible and we can also sugguest the suitable deocoration methods for you. We can even print or embroider logos on socks, scarf, or umbrellas. We also distribute a large range of garments and you might be surprised to know how much you can save buying garment from us. Please don't hesitate to ask.

What's your trading hours?You can check our trading hours at Google map or on our websites. Since most of clients are small business owners, we would meet you after hours or over the weekend. Please call your nearest My Promo Shop to make an appointment.
